My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maverick loves life, from the moment he arrived in his foster moms care he has had a smile on his face that has not left. He is a more laid back older guy around 5 years old. Who has a fun playful personality but also loves to just nap on the couch and take it easy. He does excellent on walks with no pull to him but has a slight limp from a possibly old injury so short walks are his favorite. He gets along with his foster dog siblings but can be the dominant one so sometimes he becomes to much for his sister pup. He loves to keep watch on the house and look out the window but rarely barks. He knows the basic commands and is potty trained. He loves to play with his foster mom but has some muscle to him (57 pounds) so he always wins at tug-of-war but he plays very gentle and knows the command "thats enough". Maverick is an overall amazing dog who just wants to relax and have lazy days.

Maverick's adoption fee is $325 which includes his neuter, current on vaccines including Rabies, heart worm tested Negative, dewormed and current on heart worm, flea/tick prevention. Adoption application must be completed online at furgetmenotrescue.org before meetings are scheduled.
