Samantha is a pretty tortoiseshell cat with adorable peach markings who absolutely loves to play! She is very strong and athletic and thoroughly enjoys chasing the Go Cat Feather toy. ' She has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for feline leukemia and immunodeficiency virus and dewormed and deflead. She's just waiting for you!

Sam is a shy Tortie. Sam would do better in an adult quiet home with no children or other pets. Sam is rather independent, so while she has enjoyed some occasional lap time, she would not be considered much of a lap cat. She does enjoy hanging out and sleeping near her foster. Sam looks forward to her daily brushing, which is a good way for bonding. With no
outside world experience, Sam is an indoor-only cat.

Our application is available on our website or at our adoption fairs. We do deliveries of our cats to their new homes to help ensure a successful transition.

We hold adoption fairs at Petsmart Campbell (CA) almost every Saturday, noon to 4pm; as well as at Petsmart Coleman (San Jose, CA) on one weekend a month.

More about this rescue

13th Street Cats is an all volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of feral and social cats and reducing the population by TNR – Trap, Neuter, Return in Santa Clara County. Kittens and cats that can be socialized are taken into foster care while waiting adoption. With a no kill philosophy, 13th St Cats is pleased to be able to rescue these homeless animals who might otherwise end up in a local kill shelter, helping to reduce euthanasia rates.
