My story

If you are interested in being a Foster or better yet adopter - the fosters must be in Miami-Dade or Broward County Florida. If you are interested in adopting one of the cute, squishy-faced, little love bugs contact Lizette. There is an application, homecheck, vet check, and adoption fee. You must own your own home and have a wooden fenced-in backyard. If you meet this criterion email: to start the process.

We have 11 young puppies that will need new homes. They are Shar Pei / Hound Mix - we are not sure about full-grown size but estimating around 40 pounds.

They are currently 10 weeks old but will be ready for their new homes now - we also urgently need fosters. They will need to be spayed and neutered.

They NEED fosters prior to adoption and they should NOT BE TAKEN ANYWHERE without getting all their puppy shots. It is dangerous to their health.** there is a mix or boys and girls - we are just slammed and have not assessed each one individually - let us know if you have a preference **

Why adoption is a great option

Puppys 5-9, a Miami Shar Pei/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shar Pei/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Miami, or seeking a Shar Pei/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shar Pei/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shar Pei/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
