Cheech is an awesome 2-year old male Pit Bull Terrier mix who was surrendered by his tearful owner on July 9, 2022 because a new landlord would not allow Cheech to stay in the rental property :(

Cheech has a beautiful pale brown-and-gray short smooth coat in a brindle pattern with a large white bib on his chest, white paws, a long tail, and an adorable chubby face with brown 'teddy bear' eyes, a blue/gray nose, and short semi-erect ears.

His owner told us that Cheech is good with children, other dogs, and cats. He has been kept indoors and is housebroken (and is also crate trained).

Cheech was neutered on January 31, 2022 and is up-to-date on vaccinations including rabies vaccine. He currently weighs 47.2 lbs and walks well on a leash.

Cheech was in 'seventh heaven' when HSOV Kennel Tech Lauryn Hamilton spent time with him on the afternoon of July 9th and gave him extra TLC while he posed for updated photos. Cheech gave Lauryn affectionate hugs and some great doggy kisses in return.

NOTE: Cheech may look familiar to many of our volunteers and Facebook friends ... Cheech originally came to HSOV on January 1, 2022 as a stray (with his best friend Chong). Neither of the boys were reclaimed.
