My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW AND FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING THIS PUPPY! INQUIRIES WILL NO LONGER BE RESPONDED TO UNLESS THEY HAVE A QUESTION THAT HASN'T ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED BELOW.

Butch is one of the boys from a litter of 8 (of whom only 6 survived) born at the Sanctuary on May 14, 2022. He is the most active of the litter and is sweet and happy and ready for his forever home!

Please note:

The puppies have received their first set of shots and are ready to go home. Adopter MUST commit to finishing their remaining puppy shots AND getting them spayed and neutered at an appropriate age (no sooner than 6 months and no later than 12 months of age). Please research the pros and cons of spay/neuter BEFORE you apply! Getting the puppies altered is NOT negotiable. We pay for the surgery if it’s done at our Vet and offer to pay half the cost incurred by you if you get it done at your Vet. If you choose the latter, you must provide a copy of the bill and we will pay the Vet directly.

Adopter must submit a check made out to Lucky’s Crew Animal Rescue in the amount of $500, which will be destroyed as soon as we receive proof of spay/neuter or cashed in case of breach of the spay/neuter contract.

We do not adopt out more than one puppy or two puppies of different parentage but similar age to the same family or a puppy to a home with another similar aged puppy. Please research Littermate Syndrome before applying.

We do not adopt out puppies to homes with senior pets (cats and/or dogs). Most senior dogs and cats do not appreciate puppy energy.

We would love families with older kids (8 years and older and who have good dog/puppy etiquette) to adopt a puppy!

All current AND previous pets (cats and dogs) MUST be up to date on vaccines and be spayed/neutered.

Please check with your landlord, if you rent, for breed and weight restrictions before applying.

We do not allow visitors unless you are an approved adopter.
