My story

Lorena is a geezer meezer that found herself living on the streets.  She has limited mobility due to severe arthritis in her legs.  She also has a spinal injury from when she was younger that makes her walk flat footed.  Lorena does need daily pain meds and takes a joint supplement as well for the arthritis.  She is looking for a home that will let her enjoy her retirement.  She won't jump on counters or on your furniture.  She loves attention and has a deep gravelly voice. Lorena is a very loving girl.  She is perfect in her litterbox and doesn't need a lot of space to roam.

More about this rescue

Animal Rescue Carolina (ARC) is a no-kill,501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is four-fold: 1) to promote spay-neuter, 2) to restore stray animals to good medical health, before adopting them into permanent, loving homes, 3) to encourage Trap, Neuter, and Return(TNR) and, 4) to educate pet owners about their responsibilities as guardians for their companion animals. We are a completely foster-based rescue group. If you would like to make a donation, please click on the Paypal button. All donations are tax deductable and go directly to care of the animals.
