If you are looking for a big, strong and handsome dog, then Miller is for you! Miller is young and full of energy! He would be the type to go chop firewood and then run a marathon. Miller likes to be rough and rowdy, and you will win him over if you play with him all day! Miller LOVES being the center of attention and will do best in a single-family home without small children. Miller has can be selective when it comes to making friends with other dogs. He does best with other high energy dogs, who like to play rough and are not an alpha. Call 843-249-4948 to meet Miller, or you can submit an application at https://humanesocietynmb.org/dog-adoption-form/.

HSNMB does not hold animals and all adoptions are done on a first-come, first-served basis in person at the shelter. Once the adoption is completed and the fee is paid, you must take the animal with you at that time.
Please be sure to bring a photo ID and cash or a credit card for the adoption fee. The primary caregiver is required to be present to go through the adoption process. Any children 5 and under and, in some cases, any existing dogs living in the home will be required to be present and meet the animal prior to adopting. Meet and greets are not required for all animals, but may be deemed necessary by HSNMB staff for specific pets.
Adoption Fees:
Cats (over 6 months of age): $60
Kittens (under 6 months of age): $100
Dogs (over 6 months of age): $110
Puppies (under 6 months of age): $140
Seniors ages 60 and up qualify for discounted adoptions fees.
