My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scotty and some of his friends came to Good Mews from a shelter in Alabama. That shelter was shut down and some of their former volunteers contacted us and asked if we would be willing to take in some of their cats. They had 80 cats to place and were struggling to find placement or homes for all of them. We feel it is important that all rescues need to work together so we were more than happy to help them. We went to pick up the kitties and they did very well on their long trip back to Good Mews. Now we have promised all of them that we will find them a wonderful new home to call their own.

Scotty is such a cute boy with the most unique orange-brown eyes. They really are very beautiful. Scotty is very friendly and loves people and attention. I think anyone would be lucky to have this cutie become a part of their family. He seems very curious and likes to watch what is going on around him. One thing I did notice, when he first came to Good Mews, he acted like he did not like to have his picture taken! Every time I tried to take his picture, he would get up and turn his back on me, then glance over his shoulder to see if I went away! I told Scotty he was too cute to not have his picture taken! Check back for updates on Scotty once we learn more about him!
