My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Muffin was found living underneath a mobile home. She gave birth to 2 puppies there. The people living in the trailor did not want her, they just wanted her GONE. The people called the rescue, and of course we picked them up. Muffin is about the sweetest dog we have ever met. We know nothing about her background, but what we have seen of her now, is something special. She was being pulled and poked by my 13 mo old grand-daughter, and she just layed there. When I moved the baby away from her, Muffin got up, walked over to the baby, and layed down again right up against her! She seems to LOVE children and is very gentle with them. She comes when called, listens very well, already knows what "no" means and she is housetrained! She is kept loose in a kitchen (while her foster mom is at work) and she never has an accident. She is not a barker or a chewer. The vet believes her age to be 4 to 5 yrs. She would be the perfect dog for an older couple, or even a family with kids, as she seems to love everyone of all sizes! Muffin is up to date on all shots and is already spayed, so no more babies for her! If you would meet Muffin, you would fall in love with this sweet, quiet girl. Muffin's adoption fee is $175.
