Diamond is an adorable pup ready to start the next chapter in her life! She loves to play with her brother, Champ, but she is definitely the calmer of the two. Since she is a growing pup, Diamond will need plenty of toys to keep her focused on so she learns not to chew on things she shouldn't (put those shoes away, or they're fair game!). Diamond would love another dog to play with in her new home and/or an energetic owner willing to keep her busy and take her on lots of adventures!
Requirements to adopt Diamond: Home ownership preferably with a fenced yard (or an acreage or farm); no apartment. Diamond is a herding breed, thus it is in her nature to want to 'herd' moving creatures the direction she wants them to go, little kids included. If you are parents of young children and are not prepared for 'herd nipping', we ask that you please consider another breed of dog. Check our list of available dogs who are not herding breeds who are better suited for families with children.
Diamond is a growing female Australian Shepherd/mix pup, born approximately 4-20-22. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed and started on heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $550 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
