Adorable sweet natured Deacon wants to be your best friend. Deacon is a 3 month old Shepherd mix dumped by an owner unwilling to care for him. Regardless, he is very happy, fun, and smart. Deacon is in foster care and enjoys playing with other dogs, treats, and cuddling with his foster mom. Deacon is super smart and learned to sit within a day and will lay down and roll over for a belly rub. He has really large paws so will be a big boy when grown. He’s a puppy that loves to chew and has a great start on potty training. Add this handsome hunk of love to your life and adopt Deacon!

Deacon’s adoption fee is $100.00 and this includes sterilization at 6 months, shots, and worming with an optional microchipping and registration for an additional $20.00. We have a dog park to check compatibility with existing dogs. Fill out an adoption application at heberspringshumanesociety.com. If your application is approved, a volunteer will contact you to set up a meet and greet appointment. The adoption application is NOT on Adopt a Pet. You must apply on our shelter website.
