My story

Meet DARTH!

He's got light sabers for eyes but he could NEVER be lured to the dark side...

This handsome dude keeps a great attitude, even through a bit of bouncing from home to home. It's like he's stuck in a series of unfortunate events (through no fault of his own) -- and in his 2ish years of life, he just hasn't caught the break of a forever home.😢

Darth is kind, quiet, affectionate, and has just the right amount of playful energy when the time is right.

He has lived with other cats in the past but seems to get bullied in each pairing. That's not to say he couldn't find a bestie and live happily ever after! We are unsure of how he'd do with dogs but he sure enjoyed our summer camp kids.🥰

Fill out an Adopter's Profile or come on in and meet him Wed - Sun from 11am to 6pm!🐱

Additional adoption info

In response to COVID-19, and the current social distancing rules, all of our animals are now being housed in foster homes and our adoption procedures have changed. Please read the following ADOPTION STEPS on our website for further details! **Please Note: Most of our adoptions are beginning with a foster-to-adopt period, and because of this, we are temporarily unable to consider applications from households outside the counties of: Santa Cruz, San Benito, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Monterey. If you rent, please have a copy of your lease or a letter from your landlord that states you can have a pet(s) ready. If you’re adopting a dog, introduce your future friend to any other dogs in the family (dog adoptions only).
