Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Date of Birth: 3/22/22
UPDATE: Parker's pelvis is healed and he didn't need surgery. He runs and jumps like there was never anything wrong with him. He's a great cat!
Poor Parker was found all alone on the street, and he was walking strangely, as if his leg was giving out on him. A kind person took him home, but had no idea what to do with him, as she had only ever had dogs. She contacted a friend who had cats who then contacted us, and asked if we could please help her with him. We took him straight away to our vet who took x-rays and told us he had a broken pelvis. He is in the middle of strict crate rest right now and will go back to the vet in late July to have another x-ray to determine if it is healing on its own, or if we will need to schedule surgery for him. He is the sweetest, most adorable, playful little guy, who will make someone very happy once he is all better. He has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV and is negative for both. But we will need to get him neutered as soon as we get the go ahead from our vet and she suggested we wait until his pelvis has gotten better.
