Anyone born after 1999 may have no idea what Crisco is. Others, though, will remember delicate pie crusts, juicy fried chicken, and tender cookies, all made with Crisco. While this all-vegetable cooking fat may have waned in popularity, we cannot deny how delicious it made food taste. Neither can we deny how deliciously adorable our little white and cream Terripoo, Crisco, is. At just 13 pounds, Crisco is a happy, loving pup in spite of the fact that he came to us because his family suddenly had no time for him. What does that even mean? Dogs are family and deserve devoted owners who will cherish them forever. Crisco weighs 11 pounds and will be neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated as part of his adoption. In the meantime, he’s enjoying playing with our other dogs and cuddling with our humans as he waits for…you guessed it…YOU!
