My story

Sweet Tilly. About 2 years old and a smaller girl at only about 30 ish pounds.  While Tilly lived previously with 2 other small dogs, they were there first.  Our experience here is that she can be very dog reactive.  As such we feel Tilly must be the only 4 legged child in the home. Tilly loves people, she might be a little reserved at first meeting but she bonds very easily.  She's good on a leash but really does enjoy the yard so we would prefer a fenced yard for her. She is extremely smart.  Loves to give you her paw, will sit (especially for a treat), and always comes when you call her.   No experience with very small children and will not place in a home with small children.  She is house trained and crate trained, but she's not the biggest fan of the crate.  We're working with her.  Tilly is spayed and up to date on core vaccines. Husky or similar dog experience required Interested in adopting me?  To fill out an application visit 3 Hearts 4 Paws.  Please note: we generally do not adopt out of state unless it is within 1-2 hours of us.  Currently due to COVID we are unable to accommodate out of state adoptions.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process starts with the application. All required fields must be completed in order for your application to be considered. It's important that we place the right dog with the right family. Adopting a pet is a lifetime commitment...please ensure you have considered this commitment before submitting an application. Once all reference checks are completed, you will be notified if your application has been approved. Upon approval of your application, a "meet and greet" is scheduled. All of our rescues are fostered in loving, caring homes until we find the right permanent home for them. Our foster volunteers will contact you to make arrangements to meet your potential new family member. A home visit is required before we will place any of our rescues in a forever home. Upon completion of a successful home visit, an adoption contract is completed. Adoption fees typically range from $175 to $375..

More about this rescue

We are a rescue organization fueled by our love of animals and the wonderful volunteers who support us and give freely of their time and dedication to the rescue efforts. 3 Hearts 4 Paws Animal Rescue was founded with love and passion and is dedicated not only to the lives of those we save, but to the so many lives that are lost. We are a non profit organization comprised of volunteers who give selflessly and open their hearts and their homes, as a stepping stone to the permanent home every rescue animal dreams of. We are not a shelter, each of our rescues are cared for in the warmth of their foster homes, as we help them on their journey waiting for the place they can call their own. We are primarily a canine rescue, pulling dogs from high kill shelters across the U.S. Our goal is to save as many lives as we possibly can and to bring an awareness to those around us of the pain and suffering that occcurs in puppy mills and the fate that awaits those thrown away to a shelter. PLEASE...Adopt...don't Shop!
