My story

Gorgeous Ramsey was found in well-to-do subdivision.
He was posted as "found". He was never claimed by his previous family. Our Southern partner scooped him up from the shelter, and Ramsey became part of our rescue!

From his beautiful coat, good health and puppy manners it's apparent that he's had a good beginning in life.
Ramsey has been friendly with all the animals and people he's met. He is good indoors. Ramsey is being fostered in Louisiana, and he is currently being kenneled with a german shepherd and they've become great buddies!

Why adoption is a great option

Ramsey, a Bayport Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Bayport, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Bayport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bayport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bayport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bayport paves the way for another one to be saved.
