Hi there I am Clementine! I am around 12 weeks old and I am an adorable Chihuahua mix. I am the perfect dog if you are looking for the perfect mix of playing and sitting on your lap hanging out. I get along great with other dogs and my ideal home will already have a dog in it to to be my buddy and to help me learn the ins and outs of my new forever home.
When Clementine and her sisters arrived at the shelter they were very scared of everything. Clementine has adjusted to her new environment. We expect that the change to a forever home would require some patience and understanding while she settles in, If you think you are ready to adopt, you can find her application at digsk9.org. Clementine’s adoption fee is $450. Adopters should live within 75 miles of Joliet, IL so that there will be no issues with taking her in for her spay appointment.
This puppy will be up to date on age appropriate and required vaccinations, microchipped, and will come with a spay/neuter certificate to be used at one of our participating vets. The certificate will indicate that spay/neuter must be completed within 60 days of the adoption and will not be reissued. Please note that we are unable to hold dogs for any reason including moves and vacations. Once approved for adoption we require the adopter to complete the adoption and take ownership of their new companion.
