My story

**Potential adopters must fill out the questionnaire at the end of the bio and forward to graciabutter@gmail.com.

Meet “Cash” - This sweet, 8 ½ month old pup is still patiently waiting for his forever home. He is an absolute love with humans and follows his person around everywhere. Cash gets along well with other dogs but can get excitable and overstimulated when first meeting them. He is currently in an AKC Star Puppy class to work on this. Cash would do best with an experienced adopter that is willing to put in the work to train him.

Animal Rescue Recon makes sure that each dog is current on its vaccinations, has been or will be spayed or neutered, and is microchipped to help keep pets out of the shelters and get them back home where they belong.

Why adoption is a great option

Cash, a Oakley Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Oakley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Oakley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakley paves the way for another one to be saved.
