My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Let us reintroduce a rescue favorite, Zelda, who is waiting for her forever family up north!🥳

Zelda is a stunningly beautiful 50 pound redhead who is about 4 years old. She is as sweet and gentle as she is kind and loves to snuggle with her people. Even though she loves being with her family she is an independent girl and is totally fine left alone. She is fully house trained and crate trained but her foster mama says she never needs a crate as she’s not at all destructive. 🐶

Zelda loves going on walks and is walking nicely on the leash, but she is a low to medium energy gal and doesn’t require tons of exercise to be happy. She has also done beautifully in her foster mamas house full of dogs, including with a very dominant female. Her preference would probably be with males or a submissive female, but she is content coexisting with the boss lady. She also would be totally fine as an only dog…she’s all about getting all the snuggles for herself! 💕

Zelda is pretty interested in little critters so probably a home without cats would be best, but we can cat test if needed. 🐱

Her foster mama can’t say enough great things about her and what a sweet, easy perfect girl she is and that out of many fosters Zelda is probably the easiest one she has ever had!🏡
