Hi, I’m Junior. In a nutshell, I do great with other dogs and thrive in their company - that’s when I perk up and feel a bit more confident. But I need time to warm up to you - you see, I just haven’t been around people very much, and they still scare me quite a bit. Once I’ve gotten used to you, I will follow you around and stay close but still need more time to build complete trust. While I might be timid when it comes to human touch, I’m still a puppy and can be a bit mischievous when it comes to sneakily grabbing a sock or shoe… so I think I mainly need some time and lots of love and patience in a safe home, and once I open up to you, that’s when you know I truly feel home - and that will be your reward for adopting me, because then there’s no holding back and all my affection will be just for you!
