My story

Grayson is a handsome and fun-loving Shepherd/heeler mix puppy! He’s a happy, friendly boy who loves to play. He would love to find an active family to take him on adventures.

Grayson is 3 months old and doing well with potty training. He loves to run and wrestle with the other dogs in his foster home. He would be very happy with some kids or another dog to play with.
Grayson is an indoor dog, but he’ll need a fenced yard to burn off his puppy energy. No apartments for this big boy.

Why adoption is a great option

Grayson, a Flower Mound Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog for sale in Flower Mound, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Flower Mound.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Flower Mound already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Flower Mound breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Flower Mound paves the way for another one to be saved.
