My story

"Hi! My name is Pickles and I am an 18 week old female kitty. Silver could also be a good name for me because of my beautiful silky silver coat. My foster mom says my coloring is very beautiful. I also have light amber eyes and the prettiest stripes in my fur. I love to climb my cat tree, purr on laps, and look adoringly spoiled while being petted. I love to be held and to also strike a pose for pictures! I can't wait to meet you and live in my forever home!"
If you feel I would be a good fit with your family, please reach out to Dirty Little Paws Rescue at Dirtylittlepaws@gmail.com or fill out my adoption questionnaire. I can hardly wait to be part of your life.

Why adoption is a great option

Pickles, a Oceanside Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Oceanside, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Oceanside.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oceanside already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oceanside breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oceanside paves the way for another one to be saved.
