My story

May is a beautiful one and a half year old female lab mix. May is definitely dog friendly and she’s not afraid of new people at all.  She’s super friendly, even with strangers that come and greet this beauty. The foster is an adult home with adult children, so we have not had May around children, but she’s super sweet and has a great demeanor, so we think she would be great with older children.  May weighs approximately 55 pounds of love and kindness.  She’s a perfect medium sized dog who will be great for any loving family that want to open their heart and home to a young dog that is not a puppy, and who is already well behaved in the home and an absolute love!!!! She’s a sweet soul that will add much love and happiness to any family. May loves going on walks and loves being around her loved ones!!!

Why adoption is a great option

May, a San Juan Capistrano Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in San Juan Capistrano, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Juan Capistrano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Juan Capistrano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Juan Capistrano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Juan Capistrano paves the way for another one to be saved.
