Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Look at this handsome guy! Murphy is a friendly, goofy boy with gorgeous blue eyes and a beautiful coat. He loves everyone, even strangers. He receives affection with relish! He is open to kisses, hugs, petting, and scratches. He loves to be loved!
Murphy would benefit from having another playful dog sibling in the house, he LOVES to run and play with other dogs. He is playful yet mellow, and often can be found “talking” to the foster’s other dogs. He adores them.
He walks well on a leash. He does need a little treat motivation to get in the car, but once he is in he rides very well and prefers to lay down and relax. He is not food or toy aggressive. Antlers and hooves are his favorite toys.
He has the typical husky tendency to be stubborn, but he responds very well to “no”. He can be mischievous when left alone. He knows “sit” and “down”. He needs to go to a home with NO CATS and NO SMALL CHILDREN. He is more on the submissive side with other dogs.
A tall, secure, fenced backyard is a must. Murphy is still young and has a lot of energy and needs a safe, outdoor space to play. If you’re looking for a handsome, goofy cuddle bug, Murphy is definitely your guy.
He is neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations!
