My story

Bruno is an affectionate boy who bonds closely to his people, often flopping over for a belly rub. He enjoys being the center of attention and is always excited to meet new people. Bruno is a very active boy and would love to be a hiking or running partner. He’s great in the car and up for whatever adventure the day brings. He is also bright and enjoys learning. He is currently fostered with a trainer who has lots of animals on his farm. Bruno has done well with the other dogs and leaves the sheep and goats alone. As is typical with young males, he sometimes needs to be reminded that he is a big, strong boy. We believe the perfect home for Bruno will be one that will be committed to continue to give him structure, guidance, and ongoing training. If he sounds like the boy you’ve been looking for, contact us today.

Why adoption is a great option

Bruno, a Wayland German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Wayland, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Wayland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wayland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wayland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wayland paves the way for another one to be saved.
