Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Katerina was discovered living in an alley with the rest of her family, until a concerned citizen intervened.
Little did that person know Katerina was headed for an awful death had they not intervened. She had an excruciatingly painful and deadly uterine infection that was luckily resolved when she was spayed. That saved her life.
In a heartbreaking and unfair turn of events, Katerina survived all of that just to be diagnosed with Feline Leukemia. Though she is healthy now, FeLV cats generally only survive a few years before the virus takes over.
Katerina is a beautiful little cat who loves people, and to be cuddled. She reaches out of her cage with her huge paws (she's a "mitten kitten") just to get a little extra attention.
What we pray for now is a home for Katerina willing to make the time this sweet soul has left the best possible.
