My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sex: Male

Breed: Pitbull x

Estimated Birth Date: 5/3/2022

Kramer was the wild one of the bunch as a young pup and has matured into a beautiful attentive boy after his 3 month stay in our Pawsitive Change program at North Kern State Prison.

Kramer had a rough start. He and his siblings found themselves abandoned at our county shelter. They and 90 others inundated the shelter. Thankfully we have amazing local shelters who work hard to get dogs out. They put out a plea for help and we pulled 9 puppies including Kramer and brought them to our ranch.
Kramers tough beginning meant he’d earned every once of good we could give him. But all that affection had to be paired with a solid balance of rules and boundaries which Kramer received in our prison program. He spent 3 months at North Kern State Prison learning basic obedience skills which have helped make him a more well rounded dog and he’s now ready to be an amazing family member.

Kramer is looking for a fun family to call his very own. Because he has a solid training foundation we’d love to see him with a family that will continue to enforce what he’s leaned. He’s super sweet and just oozes affection. He loves other dogs, loves to play but can also settle right down for a snuggle session. If you’ve been looking for a really good dog with some training you don’t want to let this boy pass you by.
