My story

Meet Waylon! Waylon is a 6 month old Hound mix boy looking for his forever home. Waylon is a clumsy goofy boy! He is full of life and has tons of love to give! Waylon is always looking to play and run and would make an excellent baby brother for any dog or a great hiking buddy! Waylon gets along great with his foster (dog) sisters! Waylon is working on befriending his foster kitty sister but is very respectful of her! This brindle boy loves life and will make you laugh all the time! Waylon will make a great addition to any family! Waylon is a medium-large dog (when fully grown) and requires a house (no renters) with a fully fenced yard.

Waylon's adoption fee is $500 and includes his neuter, vaccinations, and microchip. To meet Waylon fill out an adoption application at www.pawprinthearts.com.

Please NOTE: PPH does not adopt dogs to homes farther than a 1 hour drive from Tampa, FL.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We have a strict adoption application that includes a home check at our convenience. The adoption fee depends on the breed, age and size of the animal.

Go meet their pets

We hold adoption events locally. Some of our dogs are in boarding facilities others are in foster homes.

More about this rescue

We save animals from high kill county animal shelters that were ready to be euthanized, or on the high risk report. We find them foster homes locally where they have the opportunity of finding their forever home.
