Are you looking for your new best friend? Meet Rockney!

Rockney has been in boarding for way too long, and really deserves a home! Rockney is about 7 years old and 80 pounds. Rockney was rescued from a high-skill shelter in San Antonio. It is hard to believe he hasn’t found a forever home yet, because he is SUCH a good boy! Rockney is a huge cuddle bug, and very intelligent! He can sit and shake on command and is even completely potty-trained. He loves car rides too! Since he is a big playful boy, he needs an active Colorado lifestyle. He would love to be taken on daily walks, hikes, and runs! He loves to play, so he does NEED a home with a fenced yard. Rockney is super affectionate and sweet, and is wonderful with older children. He does like to be the center of attention, so he CAN NOT go to a home with other dogs or cats. Rockney is completely vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $100.

Submit Application

Submit foster application if you only wish to foster, and an adoption application if you wish to adopt or foster with the intent of adoption

2.
Meet the Pet

After your app is submitted, we will reach out to have a conversation and schedule a time for you to meet the pet

3.
Approve Application

If you decide to move forward after the meet and greet we will officially approve your application

4.
Take the Pet Home

After your app is approved, we will complete foster or adoption paperwork and you will take the pet home

Additional adoption info

We offer foster-to-adopt period of 2 weeks before finalizing the adoption to ensure that the animal is the right fit for you.
