Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ruby Jean is a sweetheart. All she wants is to be with her person.
Ruby began life in a horrible hoarding/breeding situation. She was rescued three yrs ago at age three & has been in the same home since. She’s now six yrs and thirteen lbs. Watching her learn to love & be loved has been a joy.
Ruby is unreliable in regards to housetraining. She knows how to use potty pads, to ask to go out, & what to do outside.Yet she often chooses instead to potty on the carpeting. Her new home will need to be very patient with this as she is sensitive to correction.
Ruby needs to be in a quiet home without other pets & absolutely no children (teens seem to be ok).She is not aggressive, but she becomes very afraid, trembles & hides. She has growled at persistent children.Ruby is a lap dog who wants to spend most of her day w her person.A quiet home where someone is home most of the time is best.
Ruby has a heart murmur, takes prozac daily, & has had many teeth removed. She’s a joy.
