My story

Greetings, hoomans. I am Sheldon. I am a sweet 8 month old Chinese Crested. And yes, I am amazing. If you have squeaky toys, I will be your best friend forever. Do you need a lap dog? I will race you to our comfy chair so that I can sit in your lap -- snuggles are the best. I'll join you at bedtime, sleeping under the covers. My potty training is going well (as are car rides) and I love zooming around the yard. I'm a friendly guy so other dogs in the house are great -- I do like to drag rugs and random items to my own little nest. Why? Why ask why? Haha. I might crush on my foster siblings' food but I am not aggressive about it. Guess what I love more than food? Kisses! I love to give kisses. If you are ready to bring a handsome boy into your home (I am not vain; it's just true lol) then fill out an application. Sheldon is neutered, up to date on all his vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm preventative, microchipped and dewormed. Sheldon’s adoption fee is $450.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport. WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. If you're looking for a very sweet and lovable little fella to join your family, please fill out an application on AAP’s website. don

Why adoption is a great option

Sheldon, a Bridgeton Chinese Crested dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chinese Crested for sale in Bridgeton, or seeking a Chinese Crested dog from a breeder in Bridgeton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bridgeton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bridgeton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chinese Crested breeders who help with Chinese Crested rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bridgeton paves the way for another one to be saved.
