MEET AND GREET APPOINTMENTS SET UP WITH PRE-APPROVED APPLICATION ONLY

Ginger is such a wonderful medium sized girl with a beautiful Collie like coat. She and her 2 puppies Pepper and Woody were picked up by animal control and their owner never came to get them. Certainly not the fate they deserved so we are so thankful we were able to take them into RT4P.

Ginger is young and playful, but she is also a snuggler who loves hanging out with her foster family. She is dog friendly, loves people, but we are not sure about cats yet. She is such a good girl we are excited for her future because this sweet girl deserves nothing but the best.

If you would like to meet Ginger, the first step in the process is to complete an application. Please go to roadtrip4paws.com and click on the Adopt tab to find a link to our online application.

Why adoption is a great option

Ginger, a Colleyville Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie for sale in Colleyville, or seeking a Collie dog from a breeder in Colleyville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colleyville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colleyville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie breeders who help with Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colleyville paves the way for another one to be saved.
