My story

Lula is a 16 month old Pitbull looking for a home. I have been fostering her for 6 months and rescued her from a bad situation. But I work full time and travel a lot and cannot give her the love and cuddles she needs long term. I got her 1 on 1 professional training to fix her behavioral and anxiety issues and now she is ready for a loving family.
She is house trained and crate trained but spends up to 5 hours alone in crate during the day and 10 hours in the crate at night. That is not the life I want for her.
Lula is 45 pounds and is good with other dogs off leash, She stayed at a puppy daycare for a week and played well with the group, but she is reactive to dogs on leash.
- Unsure about cats
- Good with kids
- Spayed, dewormed and has all shots.
- She warms up to people very quickly and I have had multiple dog sitters stay a few nights with her and she misses them as soon as they leave. Please contact me if you would like to meet her and give her a home.

Why adoption is a great option

Lula ~courtesy post~, a Conesus Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Conesus, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Conesus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conesus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conesus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conesus paves the way for another one to be saved.
