Whisper is a a sweet little soul about 7-8 years old who has been through so much. She was found abandoned on the streets, heavily pregnant with the 3 pups. She has been nurtured and cared for so lovingly by her foster family through the birth of her babies, and now she is ready for her person. Whisper has lived a neglected life, but is still sweet and wants to love/be loved.
