**To start the adoption process, please complete our online adoption application at our website http://www.henrycountyhumanesociety.org. You will be contacted by email regarding the status of your application.

.**PLEASE NOTE: We only do meet and greets with dogs by appointment. To meet any dog, you will need to apply and be approved first!

Adoption fees are cats $50, unaltered kittens $75 (plus $50 refundable spay/neuter deposit), dogs over 1 year $150, altered puppies up to a year $200 (plus $50 refundable spay/neuter deposit for unaltered puppies). All references (vet and personal) will be checked. ALL pets in your home must be current with all vaccinations and be spay/neutered. If you are approved you will be contacted by phone or email.

We are open every day (365 days a year) from 4pm to 6pm for you to meet and interact with our shelter animals. If that time does not work for you give us a call and we can arrange something. Finding that perfect furever home for our shelter animals is our number one priority. We will always go above and beyond for them.
