My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Josie, aka JoJo, the most joyful little dog you could ever meet. At a petite 12 pounds, this sweet girl has the face of a chihuahua, the ears and feet of a corgi, and is FULL of personality! Her favorite pastime is playing with other dogs and her toys. She loves to be involved in all of your day-to-day activities at home and is so excited to be part of whatever you are doing.

Josie loves to play and will need another playful dog in her home. She is a lap dog and likes to curl up on your lap while you're at the computer or hanging out. Josie also loves to burrow under the covers for a cuddle during movie time. She is crate-trained for when she is alone in the house but loves to sleep in the bed with her people.

Josie is a little shy when meeting new people, but if you have a handful of treats, she'll soon figure out you want to love her, and absolutely be your best little friend.

Josie is housetrained, and uses a dog door. Unfortunately, she thinks cats are prey, so no kitties in her forever home, please. She will also need a home with children 12 or older as she doesn't quite know what to do with littles. She will alert to outside noises, so she would not do well in a home with shared walls.

This sweet, spunky little girl will keep you entertained for hours, and be ready with a snuggle when it's time to settle in for a rest.

Josie has been spayed, is current on vaccinations, has tested negative for heartworm, and is microchipped.
