Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Well, hey there. My name is Pappi. I am 18 pounds of pure love. I'm 11 years old. My previous family was not able to care for me any longer and dropped me off at a local pet store. I heard folks outside my cage and starting asking for their attention. See, I'm a gentleman and would never demand anything. The amazing volunteers from Lucky Tales were there to hold a Pool Party adoption meet & greet, and when they saw me, they knew I was destined to be a Lucky Tales rescue! The volunteers all took turns sitting with me, listening to my stories. I let a couple of them help me out with my fabulous lush fur by spending a bit of time brushing me, especially in the spots I can't reach, given my stiff bones and extra fluffiness. I was taken to the vet and given an amazingly clean bill of health. I do have some stiffness in my right back knee, so I shouldn't be allowed to jump from high spaces. I'm also declawed, sadly, but I use my litterbox well.
Now, I'm just looking for my retirement space. I want a soft bed, warm lap and good food to spend the rest of my days with. I'm hoping you can help me write the last chapter to my Lucky Tale.
Pappi is FeLV/FIV negative, neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies and FVRCP. His adoption fee, as a senior kitty, is $50.
