We are the Grand Ole Opry Litter! We came into rescue from a horrible neglectful situation. At just 4 weeks old, we were skin and bones, covered in ticks and fleas, dehydrated, had a skin infection, almost anything you can think of that could be wrong, it was wrong with us. Our foster mom fought so hard for us, nursed us back to health, and we are now looking to line up homes for when we are ready! We will be ready the week of August 21st. We are Chihuahua mixes, and are likely to stay under 25lbs, however since we are mixed with unknown parentage, our rescue cannot guarantee size.
Hello! My name is Marty! I am a male 7 week old (as of 8/4) Chihuahua mix. My foster mom says I am so much fun! I have such a happy-go-lucky nature, and am without a doubt a complete goof, so lively and always up to entertain everyone around me! I love to talk a great deal and it cracks my foster mom up how serious I am about it, staring you in the eyes and acting like you will understand whatever it is I am trying to tell you. I am a pretty easy going guy in that I go with the flow, and rarely care to get involved in my sibling’s play battles, I am probably the one in the litter who you will never find starting anything. I enjoy following the lead of others, and am content to do whatever everyone else is doing, having a more adjustable nature and energy level like that. With all that said though, I can keep up with the best of the rowdiness of my siblings, and my love of fun makes me one who is always up for a good game! I am mid level energy, tending more towards the calmer end of that.
