AUGUST UPDATE FROM FOSTER MOM AMY... OLLIE when he isn't spying or romping, he will plop down and expect unlimited belly rubs! Ollie is usually the last one to greet me but once he knows it is okay, he will come and sit by me.
Hi, my name is Ollie. My foster mom says that I am one handsome dude. I am typical Maine Coon personality. I am easy going but, I love to play with the other kittens, humans and TOYS! I also use my litter box and know exactly where it is. I am really looking forward to finding my match for my forever home.
You may ask yourself, how did such a beautiful kitten get onto Petfinder? Well, recently, I was rescued out of a hoarding situation (that's human talk). There are about 30 or 40 cats in the house and a bunch of kittens that this guy had no idea where we lived or how many of us existed. These gloved hands pulled us out from under his bed and then were taken into this awesome place and we were given all the food and toys that we ever dreamed of. It is like Christmas everyday!
My foster mom says that the hoarder man is nice and he at least feeds the adult cats. But, my foster mom says that we need a home that is able to care for us and love on us. She said that there are people out there that would love to adopt a little kitten like me. She is going to find a match for me and one of my buddies that came from the same place because everyone knows that 2 kittens are better than one.
I would like you to adopt one of my friends because then I have someone to wrestle with. And then, when you go shopping or leave the house, I have a friend to play with so I don't get into trouble.
