My story

Juno is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here, so she is willing to relocate to a good, loving, forever home.

Juno was a little found girl. When her family could not be located, we took her in. Although Juno looks like she has some type of Husky in her lineage. She is a very sweet, well-behaved, and gentle dog. Juno is going on 4 months of age and probably weighs around 30 pounds. We think she will grow up to be a large dog. Juno is playful and outgoing. She loves playing with other puppies and splashing in the wading pool. She will sit for treats. Juno is crate trained, well behaved in the house, and appears to be already house trained (no guarantees). Juno is still a puppy that needs further obedience training and socialization. Juno has not been around cats but would probably get along with them if properly introduced. Juno is a very sweet girl that must be protected from rough treatment by children and big dogs that might hurt her. Juno must be in the house as a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash and would like a secure, fenced yard with a wading pool to explore and play.

Juno has been examined by a vet and she is healthy. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, (DAPPvL2, Bordatella, Rabies), and microchipped. She has been started on and is receiving monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Juno's adoption fee includes the cost of ground transport to Strasburg VA or Hagerstown MD. She is being fostered in Texas and we cannot afford to send her north until after she is adopted. More about this rescue

We are an army of one trying to save some of the many homeless and unwanted dogs in the area where we live. There are too many wonderful unwanted dogs in the south and not enough good homes for all of them. We adopt and transport dogs to loving forever homes in the northeast to save them from euthanasia or other terrible fates. We are a reputable rescue and REFERENCES are AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
