My story

Ozzy is a 4 month old puppy, he weighs 13 lbs and is super playful and friendly, he loves toys and running! He likes to play rough but he is super loving! A family with another dog would be a huge plus.

He was relinquished to DRWB because the family was not allowed to have pets at their rental.

Currently he lives with a foster that has other doggies and he gets along great with them. He lives indoor with access to a big back patio where he loves to run around with his K9 friends.

We estimate he would grow to be ~20~25lbs.

Housetraining is in progress.

This boy deserves a chance to go to a great fam. Please submit your application if interested.

Why adoption is a great option

Ozzy, a San Diego Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
