If you looked up the word spunky in the dictionary you would see Penelope’s name listed. At almost a year old, she is the life of the party and loves to be the center of attention. She gets along great with any human small or large and thinks every animal wants to be her friend. We aren’t sure how big she’ll get but her personality says large!

We require completion and approval of an adoption application, a successful home visit, we collect an adoption fee (which varies with type of dog/cat) and issuance of an adoption contract.
All cats we adopt out are to be housed as indoor companions only.
