My story

Sol is the most curious and outgoing of her litter. She loves to climb the kitty tree and kitty condo. She loves to play with toys, her littermates, and other kitties. She will jump for the same toy as a kitten nearly twice her size. She also loves to be petted and has a lovely purr. She has been comfortable around small dogs and will have some experience with a medium sized goofy golden doodle before she is ready for her new home. She has not been around children but I think she would do well because she is so curious and playful and loving.

Why adoption is a great option

Sol, a Yamhill Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Yamhill, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Yamhill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yamhill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yamhill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yamhill paves the way for another one to be saved.
