My story

This adorable little pooch is named Diesel. Isn't he just adorable? Donning a set of little legs, a long body, and the happiest smile, this low-riding fellow really steals the show! Diesel arrived to us with some friends a short time ago, and is now seeking a very special home to call his own. When he came in, the medical team realized that he was hearing impaired, and possibly fully deaf, so we've been working with him on hand signals and other ways to communicate. He's doing really well so far! Diesel does get a bit nervous when new guests approach him too forwardly; he likes to be able to get to know people before they reach at him for pets, which seems reasonable. Once he sees that you're gentle and he can trust you, he'll be in your lap and covering you kisses! All he needs is a gentle, patient home, with older children, that will give him the time he deserves to settle in. To boot, thanks to a generous donation by one of his fans, his adoption fee has already been covered; all he needs now is a loving family to call his own!
