Turtle
Est. DOB: March 17, 2021
Description: DSH Black & White
Gender: Female
Hello, my name is Turtle. Like a turtle, I assess my surroundings before coming out of my shell. I may watch from a place offering quiet and cover until I slowly come out to visit my new home.
It would help if you came to sit near me so you could reach to scratch my head. Scratching around my ears/face is very good, and in time I will roll over so you can scratch under my chin. I really like chin rubs
Tiny toys sometimes interest me, as I like batting them around or a wand with feathers. One of my favorite things is sitting and looking out the window. I like visual stimulation, so a feeder with flittering birds is exciting.
Other cats are okay. I tolerate them and would prefer a slow, gradual introduction. Would do well as an only.
Turtle was found curled up near a roadside, picked up by a good Samaritan who contacted Alley Cats and Angels.
Fully vetted: tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted); treated for intestinal parasites, fleas, and ear mites; FVRCP+FeLV vaccinated (initial vaccination and booster); and rabies vaccinated; spayed/neutered; microchipped with rescue paid registration.
