Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Samantha! This sweet girl came to JoJo’s from a good Samaritan who rescued her and another pup (believe to be her daughter Tabitha) from the pouring rain. All efforts to find their home were unsuccessful. We do not know if they ran off or were dumped. Samantha is a very sweet girl. Our vet estimates her to be about a year and a half old, and she weighs 28 lbs. Samantha started out skittish and nervous, but she has warmed up so much and thoroughly enjoys being petted now. She may need a little bit of time to adjust to a new home, but she did come around quickly with us. She is a great size, very sweet, fully vetted, and we want her to find a forever family to love and care for her. We do not know what breed mix she may be. She resembles something like a Mountain Cur, but is so small that we think that is unlikely.
We have not had Samantha around children or cats, but we think with her sweet nature she will be fine. Very young, active children may be a little intimidating to her, but she will probably warm quickly to a little older, more gentle children. She would probably do great with just a single person to dote on her as well.
If you are interested in meeting this sweet pup, please email us at jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you an application, or download one from our website www.jojosdoghouse.com. Adoption fee is $250 and includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and parasite treatment and prevention. Thanks for choosing adoption!
