My story

Aaaand that’s the way the Cookie crumbles! Gingersnap, Macaroon, Shortbread and Snickerdoodle are fresh out of the oven and looking for loving homes. These sugary sisters were found on the streets of San Antonio, covered in fleas and small scabs. They have really opened up to us since arriving at SNIPSA and will soon “bake” confident, loyal dogs. Labrador Retrievers are generally notorious for their loving and intelligent nature. They make excellent family pets and will require daily playtime or walks to feel their best. One of these gals would make a sweet addition to your family, so don’t wait! Get ‘em while they’re hot!

Why adoption is a great option

Macaroon, a San Antonio Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
