My story

“There is no love that is not an Echo.” -Theodor W. Adorno
This gorgeous grey kitten is waiting to give all that love away! Echo is just 3 months old and was found with his friend and possible littermate, Zoey. They were both rescued by Olmos Park Animal Hospital in San Antonio before entering the SNIPSA program. We would describe Echo is a playful boy with lots of energy. He has a confident meow when he wants to communicate with his people, and he has no problem asking for what he wants. Echo also loves to have his back rubbed and his chin scratched. He is a frolicsome kitten who will settle in nicely as long as he has lots of toys and human interaction! If you can hear this pussycat’s call, fill out an application today.

Why adoption is a great option

Echo, a San Antonio Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
