My story

“This is my plan, there’s no plan B… And this world will remember me!” - Bonnie and Clyde

Say hello to Buddy and Clyde, two gentle giants that were rescued from the same household. We’re not sure if they are related, but they definitely share the same affable temperament! These two stay out of trouble (despite their namesake) so we’re not sure how they ended up on the streets. They are both leash trained, potty trained and will sit for treats. Overall, they have wonderful manners and calm, friendly personalities. We believe either dog would make a marvelous addition to your home. Just make sure you have plenty of space and a good vacuum before you bring one of these boys home with you. Apply today!

Why adoption is a great option

Buddy, a San Antonio Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
