My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ray is a typical happy-go-lucky Labrador who greets everyone with a swift tail wag and big smile! He's all about playtime and would love to find an active person or family to go on lots of amazing adventures with. Trips to the lake, hiking, rides in the car, swimming...you name it, he's up for it! Ray possibly has some sight impairment but he doesn't let it slow him down a bit. Let's get this boy his furever home so the memory making can begin! Oh, Ray. I like to think his namesake is Ray Charles. He has some vision impairment, but nothing that keeps him from maneuvering around the house and yard. Ray doesn't make a peep. He likes to know where people are so he will come looking for you. He enjoys checking out the yard with the resident dogs. He kennels nicely during the day with a lunch break and over night. He doesn’t show any tendencies to chew on anything that he shouldn't. He likes to be busy, but has been known to relax and watch a good movie now and again. He has not been around kids or cats. He has met men and women and doesn't know a stranger. His leash skills will need some work, but no doubt he can accomplish that. Ray is kennel/house trained. He enjoys fetching as well. Ray is a great sized dog who could no doubt make a great addition to your home.

Ray is a male Black Labrador Retriever who weighs 60 lbs and was born approximately 9-1-21 He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative.
